From Brocagh Boy to FARMERSTRENGTH™: A Journey of Rediscovery
Gareth McCloskey grew up in a rural Irish village with a strong connection to the land. He played Gaelic football and later became a mechanic. After a health wake-up call, he discovered a passion for fitness and created the FARMERSTRENGTH™ training philosophy, which combines functional training with elements like yoga and meditation. Gareth is now living in Costa Rica and looking to share his experiences and inspire others.
