Our training location is in Danbury, CT, in association with Champs Boxing Club. We’re focused on a holistic, no-nonsense approach to fitness, drawing inspiration from real-life physical work. Our training is grounded in natural movement and functionality, using a unique blend of traditional equipment and farm-inspired tools like sandbags, kettlebells, and mace sticks.

 

Training Programs

What types of training programs do you offer?
We offer a range of programs, including strength and conditioning classes, personal coaching, fight camps, and specialized training like FARMERSTRENGTH™ training camp in the jungle of Costa Rica.

Can I book personal training or group coaching sessions?
Yes, we offer both options! Personal coaching is perfect for tailored guidance, while group sessions build camaraderie and provide motivation from training alongside others.

What equipment will I need for FARMERSTRENGTH™ classes?
We provide all necessary equipment at our gym, including kettlebells, sandbags, and more. For online sessions, a set of kettlebells or resistance bands can be helpful, but we’ll guide you based on what you have. Bring a towel and some water!

How do the fight camps work, and who can join?
Our fight camps are intensive, multi-week programs designed for those serious about boxing or martial arts. Open to all skill levels, they include strength, conditioning, and skill-building to prepare athletes for competitive or personal fitness goals.
