We are not your average gym. FARMERSTRENGTH® is a training space for those who are serious about starting their health, fitness, or performance journey. Whether you're an athlete, a beginner ready to make a real change, or someone getting back on track—we’re here for you.

To respect your time and ours, we require a $25 deposit to book your initial consultation. If you choose to continue your journey with us, that $25 will be credited toward your first membership or training package.

This small step helps ensure we’re aligned from the start—focused, committed, and ready to grow stronger together.
