While the FARMERSTRENGTH gym is closed for a few days over Easter, that doesn’t mean we stop moving. This 4-day routine is designed to keep your strength, conditioning, and mindset sharp using just your bodyweight and a pair of walking shoes.

Whether you're at home, visiting family, or away for the weekend – this plan is simple, effective, and keeps you connected to the FARMERSTRENGTH lifestyle: no excuses, just movement and intention.


DAILY STRUCTURE (APRIL 18–21)

Each day includes:

  • A bodyweight workout (15–30 mins)

  • A walk (optional time/distance goals)

  • A mobility/breathwork finisher to ground you


DAY 1: Full Body Strength + Walk

Workout: 3–4 rounds:

  • 15 Squats

  • 10 Push-Ups (On knees or off Counter Top)

  • 10 Glute Bridges

  • 20 Dead Bug 

  • 30-sec Rest between rounds

Walk:
30–45 minutes brisk pace. Focus on nasal breathing.

Finisher:
Open Book Stretch


DAY 2: Core & Stability + Walk

Workout: 3 rounds:

  • 20 Mountain Climbers

  • 10 Heel Taps (lying on back)

  • 10 Bird-Dogs (each side)

  • 20-sec Side Plank (each side)

  • 30-sec Rest

Walk:
20 mins slow walk after dinner. Reflect, no phone.

Finisher:
Leg figure 4 rotational stretch → 3 mins of calm breathing


DAY 3: Conditioning Blast + Walk

Workout:
EMOM (Every Minute on the Minute) for 10 mins:

  • Min 1: 10 Jump Squats

  • Min 2: 10 Push-Ups

  • Min 3: 30-sec High Knees
    (Repeat for 5 rounds)

Walk:
30–45 min steady walk in nature. Leave the phone at home if you can.

Finisher:
Legs up the wall (2–3 mins) → Breath in through nose, out through mouth (long exhale)


DAY 4: Active Recovery + Long Walk

Workout: 1–2 rounds (light pace, no rush):

  • 10 Squats

  • 5 Walkouts with Shoulder Tap

  • 10 Bridges

  • 10 Arm Circles

  • 5 Greatest Stretch

Walk:
30–45 mins, restorative walk. Think of it as moving meditation.

Finisher:
5–10 minutes full-body stretch.
